Responsibilities
- Structural modelling and design deliverables on Revit.
- Develop a skeleton structural drawing set with minimum to moderate instructions from the Structural Engineer.
- This includes setting plans, Design drawings, elevations, sections, assembly of general notes, detailing, and schedules.
- Coordinate modelling with multidiscipline project teams including Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.
- Coordinate design input and mark-ups from structural engineering.
- Work with the BIM support team to achieve consistent results and incorporate new designs into the existing facility models.
- Utilize and improve BIM design standards.
- Responsible for producing quality models.
- Adhering to SI BIM Standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably with GCC experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Revit (Structure) modelling experience for multi-storeyed buildings
- High Proficiency in Revit Structure
- Understanding the use and editing of Revit families
- Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks
- Computer skills – Excel, Outlook, and Word software.
- Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with a diverse team.
- Able to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines.
- Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; prioritize and communicate assignments.
- Ideal candidates are aware of industry trends, software, and technology.

- Experience developing fabrication (LOD 300, LOD350) level drawing package
