We are looking for a proactive and driven individual with a passion for Landscape Architecture and design. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work on some of the most high-profile projects throughout the UAE and KSA, The right candidate needs to be confident and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Ability to think strategically, to problem-solve, and make decisions quickly and confidently in written, spoken, and drawn formats.
- Skilled in early concept development, including: analytical diagramming, research and precedent study, design
- Deliver consistent high-quality production drawings, including: Schematic Design, Design Development,
- Lead and manage project phases from concept through construction administration
- Rezoning, Permitting, and Tender Documents. Manage and mentor junior designers and BIM coordinators
- Strong communication within interdisciplinary design teams (Architects, Engineers, Environment, and Client).
- Excellent understanding of project management skills (manage scheduling, resources, time, and budget).
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and visualizations to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards
- Ability to effectively delegate project work and provide technical oversight and feedback
- Experience leading and mentoring junior staff
- Track record of managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects
- Chartered Membership or licensure (e.g., CMLI, ASLA, or equivalent local body)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and SketchUp or Rhino or Revit.
- Solid understanding of planting design, grading, drainage, and landscape materials
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual presentation
- Experience with tropical or desert-adapted planting design is a plus
