Overview
The HR Generalist provides strategic and hands-on support for the HR function in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and training in a fast-paced, evolving research environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and handle employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and forms.
- Manage all employees’ personnel such as filling, attendance, leaves, social insurance process, Medical insurance, and labor law.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Foster Long-term relationships with past applications and potential candidates.
- Coordinate with management HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.
- Follow all the Evaluation performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Min.4 years experience in the HR Field.
- Very good in English and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
