Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and technical development of building facades, ensuring aesthetic quality, structural integrity, and energy efficiency. This role involves collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative and high-performance building envelope solutions across a variety of project types.
Responsibilities

Develop conceptual and detailed facade designs in coordination with architectural intent.

Produce drawings, 3D models, and specifications for facade systems (e.g., curtain walls, cladding, glazing).

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and sustainability teams to integrate facade solutions.

Evaluate materials and construction methods to ensure cost-effective and sustainable design.

Participate in façade performance analysis (thermal, acoustic, structural).

Assist with site inspections, mock-up reviews, and quality control during construction.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years in Facade design experience in Middle East
- Independent, organised and motivated
- Capable of independently: designing and developing facades systems from architect intent; understanding design limitation of basic curtain wall, balustrades, opaque cladding systems
- Software capabilities: CAD – 2D/3D, BIM-revit (sketchup and Rhino are a plus)

Our office follows two flexible timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Office-based employees work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), while site-based employees work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
