STUDIOI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Structural Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and coordinated 3D Revit models based on the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring alignment with other disciplines, and preparing documentation up to LOD 350 in accordance with BIM protocols.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain 3D structural Revit models in compliance with the BEP and project standards.
* Coordinate effectively with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model integration and clash resolution.
* Follow the BIM documentation process and ensure proper file management on the server as per company BIM protocols.
* Prepare construction drawings and documentation up to Level of Development (LOD) 350.
* Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to resolving design and modeling issues.
* Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings aligned with project schedules.
* Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and standards across projects.
* Manage workload pressure effectively, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling for structural engineering projects.
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure is mandatory.
* Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms is a plus.
* Understanding of BEPs, LOD standards, and BIM protocols.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
