Responsibilities
- Experience in design of HVAC, drainage, water supply, fire protection, and gas (LPG) systems design.
- Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
- Experience with Revit and Navisworks.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Coordinate all aspects of the model (MEP).
- Perform clash detection and resolve all clashes.
- Manage and coordinate external 3D presentations to the client.
- Revit modeling for mechanical and plumbing disciplines.
- Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline Revit modeling.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design changes and model challenges.
- Adhere to Revit project workflow criteria.
- Follow Revit content standards and development procedures.
- May take the lead on developing some discipline-specific Revit modeling content for a project.
- Print drawing sets for a professional team and participates in discipline reviews.
- Prepare your own discipline model and/or content for Revit coordination meetings.
Requirements
- A BSc. degree from a recognized University.
- 8 – 10 years of minimum experience

The office operates on two flexible schedules: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Employees work five days a week, from Sunday to Thursday.
