Seeking a detail-driven professional with strong Revit expertise to develop coordinated electrical models and drawings across all project stages. Responsibilities include clash detection, parametric family creation, and multi-disciplinary coordination. Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and systems like small power, lighting, earthing and containment system and Lighting Control is essential. Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, QA/QC processes, and Add-Ins like Dynamo is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in drafting of electrical works in consultant companies.
- Professional and expert user for Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Professional and expert user for Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Clash detection & Clash report communication to the design team
- Multiple Revit model coordination
- Preparation of Design drawings such as Lighting, Power, Containments Layouts, Lightning Protection, Earthing Layout, Fire Alarm,
- Preparation of Cable Tray/Trunking sizing, containment coordination & MEP coordination.
- Responsible for detailing schematics and assisting engineers with problem-solving and Co-ordination with other services Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing
