We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Developer to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that automate BIM processes, improve model quality, and enable data-driven decision-making. The role involves working with BIM tools, APIs, databases, and dashboards to streamline workflows and enhance engineering efficiency.
Responsibilities
- BIM Automation Development
- Develop custom Revit add-ins using C# and .NET
- Create and maintain Dynamo scripts for parametric workflows
- Automate modeling, documentation, and data extraction processes
- Build tools for:
- Element creation, modification, and batch processing
- Parameter management and validation
- Model auditing and QA/QC checks
- UI/UX Development
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using WPF
- Ensure usability for non-technical BIM users
- Implement structured design patterns such as MVVM
- Data Management & Integration
- Extract BIM data and store it in structured databases
- Design and maintain databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
- Standardize data (parameters, naming conventions)
- Develop APIs and services for system integration
- Dashboard Development & Reporting
- Develop dashboards for BIM analytics and KPIs
- Visualize:
- Model health metrics
- User activity and changes
- Clash detection and coordination status
- Integrate dashboards with BIM data sources using:
- Power BI
- ASP.NET applications
- Desktop tools (WPF)
- Autodesk Platform Services (APS) Integration
- Implement cloud-based workflows using APS APIs
- Automate:
- Model publishing
- PDF/DWG exports
- File retrieval from Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Manage authentication (OAuth 2-legged / 3-legged)
- Integrate cloud data into dashboards and tools
- Testing, Deployment & Support
- Test tools for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Deploy applications across teams
- Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Documentation & Training
- Prepare technical documentation for developed tools
- Create user manuals and guides
- Conduct training sessions for BIM teams
Support onboarding of new users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in BIM development or similar role
- Strong experience with Revit API and BIM workflows
- Proficiency in C#, .NET
- Experience with Revit API, Navisworks API
- Strong knowledge of Dynamo scripting
- Experience with WPF and/or ASP.NET
- Database experience (SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Autodesk Platform Services (Forge/APS)
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools

The office operates on two flexible schedules: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Employees work five days a week, from Sunday to Thursday.
