Overview
Responsibilities
- The candidate should have sufficient experience and knowledge in various façade systems and material available in the market and shall have the ability and knowledge in creating system design when needed.
- Develop concept design drawings from concept through IFC
- The candidate shall handle and lead projects independently.
- Strong understanding of façade fundamentals.
- Ensure design is always compliant to the façade specification.
- The candidate shall lead the project coordination with relevant disciplines concerning project design requirements, with the guidance from the team lead.
- Coordinate with system providers and suppliers regarding materials and designs appropriate for the projects.
- Project planning. The façade designer shall plan the project design drawings deliverables ensuring on-time project submission.
- Assist the design lead in creating design report.
- Assist senior structural engineer in developing design analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering, architecture or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 year façade design experience (3 year minimum experience with façade design consultancy).
- Proficient in CAD, Revit and Microsoft office.
- Experience working on commercial, residentials, hospitality, low-rise to high-rise projects.
- Knowledge in creating 3d drawings.
- Familiarity with façade performance requirements
- Façade Access experience is a plus.
- Knowledge in creating design presentation is a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE FLS code and DBC is a plus.

Our office follows two flexible timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Office-based employees work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), while site-based employees work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
