Overview
The HR Personnel is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department employee relations, social insurance, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor law and company regulation
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime and prepare monthly reports for payroll processing.
- Worked in social insurance and has experience with insurance systems
- Coordinate training and development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2+ year of HR experience
- Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
