We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer responsible for the design and analysis of structural components for large-scale projects. The role involves using Revit, ETABS, and SAFE to produce high-quality deliverables, reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with international and local codes, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will also provide guidance to junior engineers and demonstrate flexibility with working hours as project demands require. GCC experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural components for large-scale projects.
- Evaluate blueprints, plans, and change orders to verify structural integrity and accuracy of materials and design.
- Perform advanced structural calculations and modeling to ensure design safety and compliance.
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit and other drafting tools.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve coordination issues and ensure project integration.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Be available to work beyond regular hours when required by project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of international design codes and local regulations for concrete structures.
- Proficiency in ETABS and SAFE for structural analysis and design.
- Excellent Revit modeling and documentation skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
