We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in infrastructure projects to manage cost control, contract administration, and commercial aspects of large-scale civil engineering works. The ideal candidate will lead cost estimating, procurement, and contract management while ensuring project budgets are maintained and risks mitigated effectively.
Responsibilities

Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents for infrastructure projects.

Manage contracts, variations, claims, and payment applications in line with FIDIC, NEC, or other relevant contracts.

Monitor and report on project costs, cash flow, and financial forecasts.

Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met.

Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and cost control measures.

Mentor junior QS staff and support the commercial team’s development.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in quantity surveying on infrastructure or civil engineering projects.

Professional accreditation preferred (e.g., MRICS, CIOB).

Strong knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes.

Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Our office follows two flexible timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Office-based employees work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), while site-based employees work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
