We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Facade Engineer to support the design, analysis, and delivery of high-performance building envelopes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural behavior, materials, and environmental performance of facade systems. You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and cost-effective facade solutions across a wide range of building types.
Responsibilities

Design and engineer facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and rainscreens.

Conduct structural, thermal, and acoustic analysis of facade components.

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports for facade systems.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure facade integration with architectural and structural design.

Review contractor/shop drawings, perform site inspections, and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.

Evaluate materials and facade technologies for performance and sustainability.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 6 years in Facade engineering experience in Middle East
- Independent, organised and motivated
- Software capabilities: CAD – 2D/3D, StaadPro, Mathcad

Our office follows two flexible timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Office-based employees work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), while site-based employees work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
